"I just wanted to let you know that it was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership! You could tell the difference in your establishment just by walking in the door of your extremely clean showroom. I have two young kids and your enclosed playroom made the experience very painless for them. My salesman was courteous, incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything each step of the way. I was even shown detailed service records of the vehicle. The finance manager thoroughly explained everything to me and made the usually dreaded paperwork process very fast and simple. The man who detailed my new vehicle did a fabulous job - it looked and felt just like brand new! And the full tank of gas was definitely a nice gesture as well. I am from down in the cities and you just don't get to experience the kind of service and friendliness as I did on Friday. It is apparent that you value your customers and treat them very well. My dad was with me and he was equally as impressed. We have both already begun sharing our great experience with other people and recommending your dealership to them. It was certainly worth the extra few miles to come there! I LOVE my "new" Camry and when the day comes to trade up or get a new one, I will definitely come to St. Cloud Toyota. Thank you!
