For over 45 years, St. Cloud Toyota has been proudly serving the St. Cloud and Waite Park areas, selling new Toyota cars for sale, while providing service, financing, and Toyota parts, all led by a staff of experts who are more than eager to ensure that you and your family are having a great car shopping and service center experience.

As experts of all things Toyota, we feel it’s important to educate our customers with the latest in automotive knowledge because we know that it’s hard to keep up with extensive automotive jargon that car industry people like to throw around in normal daily conversations. Here are some technical terms, both general and Toyota-related, to help you get up to speed with the automotive industry.

Technical Terms

  • Distance-Pacing Cruise Control: Optional cruise control system that automatically adjusts the vehicle speed to maintain a safe distance from vehicles ahead.
  • Telescoping steering wheel: Allows you to adjust the steering wheel so it’s closer or further to the dashboard.

Toyota Terms
