Mo Ali was great handling my oil change and repairs on my RAV4 . I was kept in the loop throughout the oil change and had a very nice space to relax in as I waited. A few days later, I was provided with a loaner for the repair and it was clean and neat plus the repair was done faster and sooner. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

I just love St. Cloud Toyota, period. My car had an unexpected water leaking problem and they worked so hard for finding the problem. They found my cowl panel was broken and it is believed some auto glass workers screwed it (the inside air duct) before. They patiently fixed the cowl part and did their best to dry out my front floor mat and carpet. I greatly appreciate their hard work and they treat my car just like their own cars. I bought a Ram 3 years ago from St. Cloud Toyota. Also have since referred 4 others who have bought from St Cloud Toyota ( see previous review regarding issues with pick up) Rob Gable in the Service department has helped me for 3 years work with not only Toyota service but outside service to diagnose and take car off my pick up. Recently more issues with it came up. I contacted the Dodge dealetship repeatedly, ready to buy a NEW RAM and did not get a return call. I called Rob Gable, informed him. He had Rob Brink, with sales @ St. Cloud Toyota call. He called within 30 min. Long story, happy ending. Happey owner of 2024 Toyota Tundra. I have changed my pickup brand loyalty due to unwavering, service and dedication of this dealership and staff. Toyota was very efficient and friendly. For me they went a bit too fast over the extras I purchased. They showed me what it would cost per month but didn’t show me the cost upfront. Most likely I would have purchased the extra stuff anyway however I later felt when looking it all over taken advantage. I know I should have asked but a lot of information is thrown out in a short amount of time. Making a purchase for that amount of money is not like buying a new tv!!
