Time for a new review as I just bought my second car from here... Now they get 10 stars! Adam was phenomenal last week. Out of all 30 cars I've boughten over the years, he was the best to deal with! I had the best test drive ever to make sure the car would fit my needs for my job. When it's time to buy another vehicle I WILL NOT go anywhere else.

My husband and I had been looking for a 3/4 ton pickup for about a month. And we happened to come across a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500hd here. We went and test drove it, and the next day decided to sign the papers for it! Everyone there was very helpful! We were doing financing through our own bank and getting the info back and forth through the dealership was simple and easy! Travis was our salesman, and he was super nice. Never felt pushed to buy a vehicle from them at all. We even walked out the first time not wanting to do it(just because we weren't sure we wanted to spend the money yet) But after talking it over we decided to do it! I would recommend them to anyone! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I felt the trade for our "old" truck was a little under value. But they have to make their money too, I guess.

My wife and I recently visited St. Cloud Toyota in search for a new vehicle. We were greeted by a young man named Adam and we asked what they had in stock concerning the Rav 4. We were on the fence about purchasing a new or slightly used one. Adam showed us one of the used ones that was in great shape and only had about 21k miles on it. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle for only having worked there for about 7 months. Even though the dealership was busy, he took the time to explain everything in detail about the vehicle and chatted with us while we were waiting for the finance department to get to us. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our experience and having Adam as our sales representative. After driving the vehicle, we didn’t play any games as consumer and dealership. We sat at the table, made a deal we both agreed upon,, shook hands and it was done. It went well. Josh was personable. Financing went easy enough. Kind of wished my trade in had been what the Kelly Blue Book had quoted. Also wish we had gotten a Toyota vehicle as a loaner, while the tire on our new purchase was being fixed. We were given our trade in as a loaner, and it had no heat, with -13 temps outside. Brrrrr!!!

I was met with a friendly face; a lovely receptionist, a great salesman, and great coffee. The deal was fair, in my budget (mainly), and everything was treated with care and consideration by these fine individuals. Free maintenance for a couple years, bonus. Recommend? Aye.
