Rick was so very helpful with showing us a variety of Highlander vehicles with the features I want and need in an SUV! Once I made a decision on this vehicle, Rick provided the necessary information on completing my purchase. He delivered it to the Highlander to Granite Falls - a 2 hour trip- and we completed the paperwork. He proceeded to explain more about the features as well as set up the remote start app and paired my phone. I consider that going above and beyond just making a sale. Great experience from start to finish.

They were very pleasant to deal with. I tried to purchase a Tundra from an unnamed dealership in the Cities, arranging it so I could complete the process in person as we were driving through for a different appointment. Long story short, what was an agreement I thought we had ended being a Tundra sold to someone else. So I tried finding something near by and called St. Cloud Toyota. I gave them my purchase agreement from my attempted purchase the day I was traveling and they found something similar on their lot. I asked if they could verify it wasn’t smoked in and Austin went and sniff tested it. He even arranged a test drive late in the day as we were passing through to Minneapolis. We were able to work through the financing over the phone the next day as we were headed back home. Only critique I have is to revamp the purchase process so that it isn’t so serialized. It took a while to get the purchase agreement my bank needed to get me the funds for the vehicle. Other than that, it was as smooth as any vehicle I’ve purchased. Definitely highly recommended!!

Brought my Avalon in 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. 34 minutes later they had the oil change, tire rotation done, as well as running the car through the wash. I couldn't be any more impressed with the service. All at a very reasonable price. Great job!
