Service rep was incredibly helpful and explained everything that was done. He also explained some things that I should keep an eye on and gave me approximate time frames as to when the next service appointment should made and what they expect to do and approximate prices.

We had a great experience with St Cloud Toyota. On the way to our cabin, my husband suggested we stop as it was kind of on the way. I was looking for myself, and was set on a Toyota due to their performance record. As luck would have it, we ended up with Jeff Arndt, one of their salesman! He was the best guy to work with, no pressure but able to answer any and all of our questions. He really listened to what I was looking for, not just trying to upsell any particular vehicle. I rode home in a RAV4 that I absolutely love! Thank you so much Jeff, for just being you, and getting us into a great SUV! Be sure to ask for Jeff if you’re car shopping! Bought my very first Toyota today!! Excellent service! Jeff our salesmen was excellent to work with, kept in touch and got me a car way quicker then expected, yay me and thanks Jeff. Caleb the finance guy was great to work with as well, explained everything and made sure we understood. Thru out the whole experience I never once felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. My wife and I recently pruchased a 2025 Camry from Carter and Caleb at St. Cloud Toyota. It was a very good expirience. No pressure and respectful of our time. We drove two other cars at other dealers that same day and it was clear that the staff at St. Cloud Toyota understood we needed to shop around before making a final decision. They were able to take comparable offers from other dealers and work with us on the financing. Overall, we are very happy with the car and working with their team.

I was unscheduled return customer with an electronics issue. They efficiently put my truck on the 'computer' and checked a few things for what was a suspected issue. That was it. I'll be back again for routine maintenence.
