I really enjoyed working with Caleb, he was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for. He was opening to negotiating the price a bit. Then we had to deal with Chris. I will say I wasn’t impressed by him. He didn’t seem willing to listen and I have never been told by a dealership that they would rather I get a loan than to pay cash. He needs to work on his people skills. Over all I would I go back, just ask to deal with anyone other than Chris.

I highly recommend St. Cloud Toyota. Alex is the new vehicle Sales Manager and he is great to work with. Rick was my sales rep, and as well, I highly recommend woking with him for his knowledge and asking great questions to get you into the right vehicle. The dealership as a whole is driven by giving a good customer experience.
