it was a good experience except for the fact some things were left unplugged and if i wouldn’t of gone back i wouldn’t be able to get gas or anything but i brought it back and they fixed the problem and i haven’t had any problems since then!

I absolutely LOVE this Tacoma truck! It is the ideal vehicle for me. Didn't even notice ai was getting an SR5. Had an SR5 In high school and college. Kind of like a reunion, but with an upgrade! Service was GREAT, too. Thank you so much.

Shopping for new vehicles is a lot different than it was years ago. Having a sales team that is clearly knowledgeable about the technology and features …as well as slight changes in a product from year to year is important especially when costs on vehicles are as high as they become . Perhaps the most attractive characteristic in a sales team is being LOW PRESSURE. Nothing makes me leave a dealership faster than feeling pressured to buy something I’m not In love with . Trevor and Mitch at St. Cloud Toyota were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Trevor literally handed me key after key for vehicles to compare without hesitation. He answered all my questions even when I repeated questions he continued to give me straight clear answers . When I found the perfect truck for me , Mitch in the finance department took the time to clearly explain all the different options from financing to discounts to extended warranties . Not once did I feel pressured . Absolutely amazing buying experience with them !
