Yesterday I went to Toyota in St. Cloud and had an amazing experience. Rob was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand and worked hard to help me get approved for a car. The finance manager was also great to work with and helped get my monthly payment even lower than the range I was hoping for, which I really appreciated. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and everyone was very kind and supportive. I highly recommend Toyota in St. Cloud and definitely recommend asking for Rob if you’re looking for a vehicle!

Service was super fast and friendly. I arrived very early thinking I would just have to wait. However these guys took me right away and I was out within the hour… I was very pleased with the service! One of the best Toyota dealerships I have been to.. I travel all over the US so I been to many for coast to coast … top notch place!!!

Although checking my car in was different due to work being done at the dealership, everything went smoothly and efficiently. They gave me a ride to the mall and pickef me up. The drivers were very kind and polite. They finished rhe job an hour and a half before I expected them to. It was nice to have a car wash too!! Overall, I was pleased and would recommend rhem.

Good service department. They finally admitted what I couldn't get Toyota corporate and the dealership I bought it at to say. I'd never buy another overpriced Toyota again though. My car almost killed me with the sensors deciding I was coming in too hot to the car in front of me going through an intersection, and it Braked! Stopping me in the intersection in front of a semi making an orange doing 50! The new cars don't actually belong to us. They can turn them off remotely and record every movement. Then sell that info to your insurance company to screw you over. Yay technology!
