​I am highly pleased with the actual mechanical service my vehicle received at St. Cloud Toyota. I brought in a high-mileage Camry that had been sitting idle for a prolonged period. The technician did a phenomenal job catching a critical, hidden safety issue with a seized rear brake pad that was down to 1mm, saving me from a potential breakdown. My service advisor, Rob, worked with me to optimize the service plan—keeping the necessary safety and fluid items, cutting out the unnecessary add-on flushes, and applying excellent parts and labor discounts that saved me a lot of money. The car drives beautifully and feels incredibly safe. ​The only minor shortcoming was the initial check-in process. Having never used a dealership service department before, I wasn't aware of the standard etiquette to drive the vehicle directly into the service bay. When I walked inside to find Rob and let him know we were dropping the car off, his response to "just pull it into the bay" came across a bit dismissive. For first-time dealership customers, a little clearer signage outside or a more welcoming direction at the desk would go a long way. ​That small onboarding hiccup aside, the transparency, service quality, and final price were excellent. I would absolutely trust this service department with my vehicle again.
