When I went in I made it clear that I was only looking to test drive some vehicles and was still provided excellent customer service. Trevor was great about finding vehicles they had on the lot and informing me about them. All of my questions were answered and I feel good about my vehicle search going forward!

Waited at Toyota while they changed oil and rotated tires. Comfortable waiting area. Quick turn around: from time I drove into garage till I checked out was 1 hour and 15 minutes. Liked the video presentation of the vehicle inspection.

I appreciated their prompt diagnosis, turnaround, and nice explanation, after waiting for a backlogged RAV4 hybrid wiring harbess.
