Very impressed with Service department. I really liked how the video was presented to me of showing me while waiting. However, in video tech person stated red condition on battery and in cabin air filter, and paper work marked yellow. I would of purchased new air filter if had been offered. I was confused on battery test, battery is original 2-3 year old battery.

Yesterday I leased my 6th Toyota in a row. St. Cloud Toyota is my go to dealership. Before my leases are up I email my salesperson what I am interested in and my budget and they find the perfect vehicle for me every time. One of the greatest perks of contacting my salesperson vehicle after vehicle is that he knows my history and my likes and dislikes. This makes the leasing experience seamless for me. I am extremely happy with the service they provide every single time!

I worked with Fernando from the beginning of the phone call to make an appointment to walking out after my service has been completed and beyond job. Repairs done faster than expected. Service advisor told us that the issues should be covered by our comprehensive car insurance; and we received a refund from our insurance company for the full amount less our deductible. Heartily recommend this dealer's service department.

My advisor was Nate Erlandson, he was incredibly helpful and clear about what was going on, he secured me a rental as soon as he knew my car would not be leaving the service center the day I brought it in. Alexis Arnold was my technician, she did an excellent job and my car is running perfectly!
