The bolt has somehow come off my third row seats. They fixed the problem quickly and even checked the other seats to make sure everything worked properly. Very grateful

Pleasent experience

There customer service is fantastic dropped us for breakfast at a Diner and picked us up after my full Diagnostics car check was complete . Was there for a Second opinion my home town Toyota dealer said I had a leaking water pump and it should be replaced the Diagnostic came back nothing wrong with it even had a short video of it will definitely drive a hour out of my way to go back there

St Cloud Toyota always provides fast, friendly, and professional service. Vehicle drop off and pickup was easy. Communication was via text when the service was complete and a video of the undercarriage of your car. Thank you to Mo Ali, the Service Advisor, for excellent service.

I had an outstanding experience with Sharmeta Hendrickson at the Toyota Service Center today. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and to have my summer wheels installed and winter wheels removed. Unfortunately, I accidentally brought the wrong tires and, due to my personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to go home to get the correct ones. Sharmeta immediately put me at ease and assured me she would help find a solution. When Toyota didn’t have the tires I needed in stock, she personally called a nearby tire shop, explained the situation, helped me order the correct tires over the phone, and then coordinated with the service team to pick them up so my vehicle could be completed the same day. She also noticed that a plastic grocery bag hook in my trunk had been broken when my winter wheels were loaded. Before I even had to mention it, she had already ordered the replacement part. I was at the dealership from 10:00 a.m. until nearly 3:00 p.m., and throughout the entire experience Sharmeta remained calm, reassuring, proactive, and incredibly kind. She went far beyond what I would expect from a service advisor, and her customer service turned what could have been a very stressful day into a positive experience. I only wish all of my experiences with the Toyota Service Center were as customer-focused as this one. Thank you, Sharmeta, for truly going above and beyond.
