Went to St Cloud Toyota with the goal of purchasing two vehicles that weren't Toyota. It was seamless and easy. Took both vehicles for a test drive and was never pressured into anything else. Wasn't pressured into purchasing any of the "extras" so many places want you buy. Had to get a loaner and they gave me a really decent vehicle, not something I had to worry about making it from point A to point B in. I would definitely recommend them even if you aren't looking for a Toyota.

They were pretty busy so I had to wait for a salesman. Once he showed up He was very helpful. Everybody was very friendly and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. Walked out later as a used car owner. The whole process was very smooth.

A very friendly woman greeted me and took care of my service, even looking for a coupon to discount my bill. Text updates on each step of the process and questions kept me informed.

Service was great! Took good care of me! They were straightforward and polite! Didn't push on me at all to get the work done found in my diagnosis, knowing it was something I could do myself!

Customer service could be a bit better.

Great communication in scheduling regular maintenance appointment, before, during and after appointment. Our vehicle returned back clean and with all tasks and more completed.

We had a very good experience at Toyota in St. Cloud, MN. People were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and worked hard to accommodate our preferences in a vehicle. We would recommend to anyone to contact Rob Brink about purchasing an automobile.

The staff there are second to none. I just wish the car prices were lower. But that is our economy now. I had my own financing and it took approx 4 hours start to finish. However it was due to them trying to find a better interest rate. Great experience, Great people. Thank you Tony and Caleb. Great work today. I do appreciate what you do and did today.
