Handled me compassionately and understood the urgency of the situation. Two weeks after I bought the vehicle I got a low battery warning for the key fob. I was going to go to Batteries Plus to replace it but my sister suggested going to Toyota and asking, and they replaced the battery in the fob free of charge.

Everyone was great. Felt they gave me a good deal on my new Tundra!

The waiting room is comfortable and the updates from Rob Gabel was very nice and personable. I felt important and was treated respectfully. Will more than likely buy again from this location because of the way the service department treats me. Well done!
