I really enjoyed working with Caleb, he was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for. He was opening to negotiating the price a bit. Then we had to deal with Chris. I will say I wasn’t impressed by him. He didn’t seem willing to listen and I have never been told by a dealership that they would rather I get a loan than to pay cash. He needs to work on his people skills. Over all I would I go back, just ask to deal with anyone other than Chris.

Had great experience with both salesman, Kyle and finance mgr. Nate. Had to wait for our RAV4 to arrive and it was worth the wait. It was everything that Kyle had told us about. I would recommend you to try the family friendly dealership at St.Cloud Toyota, because of the ease of getting your new Toyota.

Rick was my sales rep, and as well, I highly recommend woking with him for his knowledge and asking great questions to get you into the right vehicle. The dealership as a whole is driven by giving a good customer experience.

I feel very satisfied with the service and the passion they put to become our car dream in true. They try to make until the final effort to make you happy with your buying. At least, the sales man and the financial advisor who took my case are like that, I don't know about the rest of the staff. So, because of these persons, I strongly recommend this dealer.

Solid service - they suggested the lowest cost option, which ended up being the right choice. Only issue is not the greatest communication, and the end invoice was very confusing. But of course I have every right to call them and ask questions.
